Flexiso® 3040 fi 11040 is manufactured from pure and unbleached sulfate pulp, free of binders.

Property:

Flexiso® 3040 fi 11040 is calendered and has good tensile and compressive strength as well as good compatibility and impregnability with impregnating and trickling resins. Flexiso® 3040 fi 11040 can be used in insulation class a (105°C) applications.

application:

Flexiso® 3040 fi 11040 is used in electrical applications as end star insulation in stators and rotors and as coil formers in transformers.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® 3040 fi 11040 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50 % r. f.) and in its original packaging. The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sun and uv radiation as well as any heat exposure.
