Structure:

Flexiso® rpr fi 13043 is a three-layer insulation made of polyester film and pressboard on both sides. Flexiso® rpr fi 13043 is used in insulation class b (130 °C).

Property:

Flexiso® rpr fi 13043 has a pressboard layer that has a good absorption capacity for impregnating varnishes as well as impregnating and trickling resins of all insulation material classes and is characterized by good bonding of all winding components. Furthermore, Flexiso® rpr 13043 has a smooth surface and excels well in machine workability.

Application:

Flexiso® rpr fi 13043 is used as slot insulation, slot closure and layer insulation (for winding head and phase insulation).

We also supply stamped parts made of Flexiso® rpr fi 13043 as well as moulded parts made of Flexiso® rpr fi 13043. If the desired dimension is not included, please write us a message.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® rpr fi 13043 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50% relative humidity) in its original packaging. The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sun and uv radiation as well as any heat exposure.
