Structure:

Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 is a flexible four-layer material consisting of two polyester films laminated with calendered aramid paper of thickness 50 µm. Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 is used for applications up to and including 155°C.

Property:

Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 is a sheet insulation material with particularly good mechanical properties, such as tensile and edge tear strength combined with high dielectric strength. Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 has a smooth surface and can therefore be processed well in fully automated production lines.

Application:

Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 is mainly used in electric motors as slot insulation and deck slider, as well as phase insulation. In transformer construction, Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 is processed as core, layer and cover insulation.

We also supply stamped parts made of Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 as well as moulded parts made of Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070. If the desired dimension is not included, please write us a message.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® nmnm 5 fi 14070 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50% r. f.). The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and UV radiation as well as any exposure to heat.
