Flexiso® sw fi 16080 is an insulating film made of polyimide containing a thermally conductive additive.
Properties:
Flexiso® sw fi 16080 is a thermally conductive film and has a higher thermal conductivity than the standard film. In addition, Flexiso® sw 16080 also offers a very good combination with electrical, physical and mechanical properties.
Application:
Flexiso® sw fi 16080 thermally conductive polyimide film is particularly suitable for speaker voice coils, flexible printed circuit boards, heat sinks and military applications.
