flexiso® nmn 8 fi 14040
Structure:
flexiso® nmn 8 fi 14040 is a flexible three-layer material consisting of a polyester film laminated on both sides with calendered aramid paper of thickness 80 µm. flexiso® nmn 8 fi 14040 is used for applications up to and including 155°C.
Properties:
flexiso® nmn 8 fi 14040 is an area insulating material of thermal class f (155°C) with particularly good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear resistance combined with high dielectric strength. In addition, it has a smooth surface and can therefore also be processed well in fully automated production lines.
Application:
flexiso® nmn 8 fi 14040 is mainly used in electric motor construction as slot insulation and deck slider, as well as phase insulation. Flexiso® nmn 8 fi 14040 is also used in transformer construction as core, layer and cover insulation.
