Flexiso® 3055 fi 11055 is manufactured from pure and unbleached sulfate pulp free of binders and is available calendered and uncalendered.

Property:

Flexiso® 3055 fi 11055 has good tensile and compressive strength, high mechanical strength, high dielectric strength and good compatibility and impregnation properties with impregnating and trickle resins. Flexiso® 3055 fi 11055 can be used in insulation class a (105°C) applications.

application:

Flexiso® 3055 fi 11055 is used in electrical applications as end star insulation in stators and rotors and as punching underlay and as coil formers in transformers. Standard color: Flexiso® 3055 fi 11055 is supplied in natural color.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® 3055 fi 11055 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions (20°C, 50 % r. f.) and in its original packaging. The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sun and uv radiation as well as any heat exposure.
