Structure:

Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 is a flexible three-layer material consisting of a Kapton film laminated on both sides with uncalandered aramid paper. Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 is used for applications up to and including 180°C.

Property:

Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 is a sheet insulation material with excellent long-term thermal performance, combined with very good mechanical properties, such as tensile strength and edge tear strength, and high dielectric strength. In addition, Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 has a rough surface and impresses with good impregnating resin absorption.

Application:

Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 is mainly used in electrical engineering as slot insulation and cover slides as well as phase insulation for motors with the highest thermal requirements. Furthermore, Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 is used in various areas of electrical engineering.

Storage conditions:

Flexiso® nkn 411 fi 15080 can be stored indefinitely under normal conditions ( 20° c, 50 % r. f. ). The material should be protected from moisture, dryness and direct sunlight and UV radiation as well as any exposure to heat.
