We stock PSP laminates in various thicknesses. We have PSP laminate sheets up to a thickness of 2.0 mm in stock. We also have rolls in stock from a thickness of 0.09 mm.
Adhesive tapes made from PSP laminates
PSP laminates are also supplied in self-adhesive form, e.g. as adhesive tapes. These can be equipped with various adhesive systems.
PSP laminates in the form of die-cut parts
PSP laminates are processed in large quantities into insulating parts, seals and washers using the stamping manufacturing process.
Laser processing of PSP laminates
Laser processing of PSP laminates can be done with either a 10.6 µm or a 9.3 µm CO2 laser.
Laser cutting of PSP laminates with a CO2 laser produces a clean cut with minimal discolouration.
Laser marking of insulating paper with a CO2 laser produces a non-removable surface mark with no depth, which can be either lighter or darker depending on the material being processed.
Laser engraving of PSP laminates produces both depth and contrast, depending on the material being machined, and is limited to the thickness of the material.
